Emma & Tom

10th October 2013
Emma and Tom's wedding took place in a perfect spot near Richmond, in a Church nestled between some trees on a quiet hillside in the North Yorkshire countryside. I met Tom and his Groomsmen at the pub opposite the Church for some quick shots, before leaving them to a pint (or few) and jetting off down the road to meet Emma and the girls for some bridal preparation shots at Emma's parents house.
After a beautiful Ceremony, the sun managed to break through the clouds as I took some shots of the new happy couple whilst the guests made their way to the reception back at Emma's parents house. We managed to get the group shots done (with a few breaks inbetween!) before the heavens well and truly opened and everybody scurried into the marquee for some dinner and the rest of the evening.
After some of the funniest and yet most touching speeches I've heard (I honestly don't know how I didn't have a break down, talk about an emotional roller coaster), everybody made their way to the dance floor and I left them all to it as the party really got going.
What a fantastic day it was - proof that rain on your wedding day really doesn't ruin anything at all to all!
Many Congratulations to Tom and Emma, I wish you every happiness in your lives together.
